Canyoning Madrid?: There is only one Canyon in Madrid legaly alowed: «El Baranco de Somosierra» . After a little rappelling from 3 meters that we can repeat several times to learn the technique, we’ll rappel the impressive waterfall of the River Duratón (30 meters). Two more rappels (30 and 23 m) leave us at the bottom of the ravine. Depending on the flow rate, its difficulty will be: initiation, medium or even more serious… Depending on the number of participants, it can take between 2 and 4 hours. A good place to meet is the Cepsa petrol station:  gasolinera Cepsa, but we can also meet in madrid down town and share the Akenay’s van.
